The SASSI Institute was seeking to refresh their company website and improve the user experience from the home page. Users had shared that it was difficult to navigate and find information quickly. They were also looking for a better solution in terms of engaging customers with their product lines and keeping the site content current. SASSI had also updated their marketing collateral and tradeshow sales tools and this was not yet reflected in their site content and visual presentation.
SDi provided a current site audit including analyzing site statistics—identifying patterns and user behaviors. We then collaborated with SASSI to improve overall navigation of the site addressing their diverse client base; develop key positioning statements that aligned with their marketing collateral; reorganization of their product offering to better reflect their sales process and improving their e-commerce solution.
